Rarely, but sometimes, after selecting and successfully purchasing a product, issues may arise. You may need to replace or repair the device during the warranty period or afterward. Here, we will explain in a clear way how our store’s warranty policy works and how you can use it after making a purchase.
Which products come with a warranty?
A warranty service or repair request must be submitted to the manufacturer’s authorized service (usually indicated on the warranty card). According to the law, our store’s legal liability is limited to repair or, if required (or requested by the customer), replacement of defective equipment or materials.
The warranty does not cover products modified by any person or company without our store’s written permission. Mechanical damage, products with signs of moisture, or violations of operating conditions (for example, exceeding the maximum allowed power for speakers) are not considered warranty cases. In any case, our managers are ready to listen and resolve any issues that arise.
