The User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between SIA Unitehs (hereinafter referred to as HomeAudio.lv or the Administration) and the user of this website (hereinafter referred to as the "User"). This Policy applies to all personal and sensitive information provided by or obtained from any person who visits, uses, or accesses the website. We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy without prior notice. The revised Policy takes effect from the date of publication. Users are therefore advised to review this Policy periodically.

  • 1. General rules and processing of personal data

    1.1 The User Agreement is concluded between the User and HomeAudio.lv at the time of account registration. The Buyer confirms agreement with the terms set by the User Agreement.

    1.2 The User can be any legal or natural person able to accept and pay for the ordered goods under the conditions of the User Agreement.

    1.3 The online store reserves the right to make changes to the User Agreement.

    1.4 HomeAudio.lv undertakes to respect confidentiality and guarantee the security of personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and the Information Society Services. Information may be shared with third parties only in accordance with Latvian law.

    1.5 A Buyer who is not registered on our website and purchases Products while providing required information agrees to the Rules and to the processing of their personal data solely for the purpose of proper purchase, namely:

    1.5.1 To inform Buyers, sell and deliver Products, identify Buyers — including name, surname, mobile number, email, district, city/village, street/house name, house/building number, apartment number, and postcode.

    1.6 Registered Buyers receive a profile, password, and access to special offers. They are responsible for secure storage of access data and must not share it with third parties.

  • 2. Product purchasing

    2.1 Goods can be purchased in the HomeAudio.lv online store by both Registered and Unregistered Buyers.

    2.2 Purchase is completed by clicking the "Proceed to checkout" button in the "My Cart" section. Buyers/Users must follow all steps and provide or verify requested information.

    2.3 After clicking "Proceed to checkout," Buyers can log in with a Registered account or proceed as an Unregistered Buyer by providing all necessary information.

  • 3. Information about goods and prices

    3.1 Prices are indicated in euros in accordance with applicable regulations and include the applicable VAT rate. Shipping costs are not included.

    3.2 Products are sold at the prices in effect at the time of purchase.

    3.3 Prices on HomeAudio.lv can be changed unilaterally by the Administration, but not after an order is placed.

    3.4 Buyers can request additional product information from the store manager by phone or email if necessary to make a purchase decision.

    3.5 In rare cases, the product may differ slightly from images, but it will match the characteristics of the selected item.

  • 4. Other

    4.1 Users may be required to provide some Personal Information, including Sensitive Personal Information, while browsing the website or using its services.

    4.2 Personal Information provided by Users will be used for one or more of the following purposes: (a) to help create content relevant to the User; (b) to compile a database of Personal Information collected from Users.

    4.3 When visiting the website, one or more cookies may be sent to the User’s device. Cookies are used to enhance service quality, including maintaining User preferences.
