Thank you for shopping with us! For your convenience, below is all the necessary information about Shipping and Delivery. Please note that every order at HomeAudio.lv is prepared and completed personally for you, so it may take 1–2 business days before the shipment.

Before Your Order Arrives

• We ship on business days: Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays.
• Shipping starts after you receive the email: “Your Order Has Shipped!”
• After payment is received, orders are shipped the next business day (in rare cases on the 2nd–3rd business day).
• Extra time may be required to confirm details about the ordered goods.
• Every item is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
• We ship via: DHL, FedEx, Omniva, DPD, Venipak and others.
• Any other postal or courier service can be used upon your request.

How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?

After placing your order and entering the delivery address, shipping costs are calculated automatically (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia from 5.0 EUR).

You can always pick up your order in our office for free, except for items over 35 EUR paid via PayPal.*

* Items costing over 35 EUR and paid via PayPal are shipped only via tracked postal service.

• Latvia: delivery usually takes 1–3 days.
• Worldwide: delivery takes 3–15 days depending on the destination.

* Delivery time may vary depending on the country. More detailed information will be sent after your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes! We use reliable delivery partners such as DHL, FedEx, Omniva, DPD, Venipak. If your order is shipped with a tracked service, the tracking number will be sent to your email.

Where does my order ship to?

Orders are shipped directly to the delivery address you provided during checkout.

* For PayPal payments over 100 EUR, orders are shipped only to the registered PayPal address and only via DHL, FedEx, Latvijas Pasts, or similar tracked services.
